The American Embassy has reduced the visa appointment time for Pakistanis. According to the sources of the American Embassy, the time for tourist, educational and business visa appointments for Pakistanis has been reduced to 2:30 PM. Before that, the visa appointment time was 4:40 PM.
According to embassy sources, priority is being given to Pakistani students in issuing visas, 10,000 visa applications are being processed between Islamabad and Karachi per month, however, they cannot give details of visa rejections.
