Specific Requirement
Excellent command of Urdu, with strong verbal communication and eloquence. Proficiency in English will be considered an added advantage. Relevant experience /driving license for Driver as applicable. Guards preferably ex-servicemen.
Excellent command over written & spoken English is essential for all candidates. Age, qualification, and experience relaxations may be granted for exceptionally qualified/experienced candidates as per organizational policy.
Recruitment will be undertaken in a transparent, accessible, and strictly merit-based manner through the competent Selection Committee.
Appointment will be on a 03-06 month probationary basis. Continuation into a 1-year contract (extendable) will be strictly subject to satisfactory performance measured against role-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
