New BNP Government Formed as Tarique Rahman Sworn In at Bangabhaban
Tarique Rahman has formally assumed office as Prime Minister after his party, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party, secured a clear majority in the country’s 13th parliamentary elections. The swearing-in ceremony took place at Bangabhaban, where the president administered the oath to the new premier along with members of the incoming cabinet.
The event was attended by senior political leaders, diplomats, party officials, and distinguished guests.
