Young Chitrali Man Shot Dead in Rawalpindi Mobile Shop Dispute


Rawalpindi witnessed a tragic incident on the night of March 20, 2026, around 8:30 PM at Chakri Road. A young man, Faheem, son of Sahib Gar Shah Jan from Upper Chitral (Dizg), lost his life in a shocking act of violence.


According to reports, Faheem had recently given his mobile phone for repair at a local shop. When he visited the shop to collect it, a heated argument broke out between him and the shopkeeper. The quarrel quickly escalated, and in a devastating turn of events, the shopkeeper opened fire. Faheem was struck in the head and died instantly at the scene.

Police arrived promptly, collected evidence, and launched an investigation. Efforts are underway to apprehend the suspect involved in the shooting.
