More than 330 people have been killed and nearly 2,400 wounded in 11 days of fighting in the Gaza Strip, as tens of thousands have been displaced in the conflict, according to Gaza's health officials.

Ashef al Kidra, a Gazan health official, says 333 Palestinians have been killed and 2,385 wounded. Earlier, a health official said some 77 children were among the dead.

Israel's military says since its ground invasion of Gaza began, militants there have fired more than 130 rockets toward Israel, NPR's Emily Harris says.
